2) Parallel Exhibition Booths
Period: From 1:00 PM on October 26, 2026 to 12:00 PM on October 28, 2026
Fee: 120,000 JPY per slot
Booth size: W 1800 mm × D 600 mm (suitable for approximately 2 staff members)
– A back panel and a long table will be provided. Exhibitors are responsible for any additional equipment or special requirements.
– If you require electricity, please inform us in advance of the necessary power capacity.
– Please carry out delivery, setup, and takedown during the following times:
Loading and setup: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM on October 26, 2026
Takedown and removal: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM on October 28, 2026
3) Advertisement in Conference Materials (PDF stored on USB flash drive)

A4 full page: 70,000 JPY
